- • The upload does not violate any third party's rights
- • The content does not contain malware or harmful code
Factual Data Extraction
Under established copyright law (including Feist Publications, Inc. v. Rural Telephone Service Co.), factual data is not copyrightable. We extract and store only factual data points and do not reproduce copyrighted creative expression.
Third-Party Trademarks
All manufacturer names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Our use is for identification purposes only (nominative fair use) and does not imply endorsement.

No Warranty
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-extracted data will be accurate.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
